Short Description

All our programs and institutions are named after people who have inspired and motivated generations throughout history in shaping destinies.
Students are required to complete a mandatory 3 credit hours Name Bearer Certificate Program, familiarizing themselves with the works, achievements and expertise of those whose names are appended with each program.
All programs are regulated by their respective schools which also carry the mandate to act as regulatory bodies for standards adoption and policies thereof.
No program is launched unless it meets all syllabi contents, standards and requirements outlined by the US Department of Education along with those as set forth by the High IQ Education Commission for the CZAR University.
Each program has a sitting chair head who reports directly to the university’s senate along with the president of their respective school or college. This division separates academic matters from day to day operations.
Our programs are constructed very differently and consist of more than one subject, sometimes multiple, which in other universities are taught separately. For example, history may be combined with geography and economics or diplomacy may be studied along with history, geography, international relations, political science and economics etc. and so on and so forth. Please ensure that you are in full compliance of the given curriculum
Since all programs are set to lead towards PhD, hence you will therefore receive separate bachelors and master level degrees in multiple subjects during the completion phase of the program, and a PhD upon thesis dissertation.
The High IQ Education Commission has been designed to create a very lustrous calling for the alumni of its institution, the CZAR University, and to achieve it, has gone an extra mile to establish a financially rewarding implementation plan. This guarantees the students to become a powerful, financially affluent segment of the society before they graduate, and not thereafter. This part of our principal stand will never change and your success will strictly be monitored upon completion of the BILLION1 Protocol, and regardless of the degree program. This protocol has:
- Pre-induction requisites
- Induction requisites, and
- Graduation requisites
Each student will be placed according to their backgrounds and shall be given waivers as and if needed to avoid unnecessary wastage of student’s time in compliance of what otherwise they already possess. The above three are more explicitly explained in the admissions. Regardless, all students shall be at par with one another on all aspects.
Unlike the examination systems in practice today, the CZAR University has developed a program inspired by the great character of Sherlock Holmes and assumed the name for its examination system.
There are no grading systems except peer evaluations and completion of multiple set of progression markers which will establish the basis of assessment. For example, MBAs will be assessed on the amount of money they make while running their businesses, and the income tax paid. In other subjects, we have similar approaches of third party feedback for categorizing the successful candidates.
All programs have been integrated, both horizontally and vertically with several education providing partners and platforms who have done an excellent job during their evolution. The CZAR University is a step-up in their progression, shaping their work into more organized and refined form.
The students will receive a list of all such programs which we select as aide to our programs and once a program is finished through a certain provider, the student will be assigned “Ready for Examination Status” for system to automatically asses on our own predefined outcomes.
Names of all partner institutions will appear on the transcripts where necessary and degrees after passing our examination.
