The Czar University, through its early inception days in California, started work to develop and create an American-Global Education Hybrid Model© in the designing of its programs.

Starting in 2003, the first breakthrough came around 2007 with the company’s most prestigious and toughest to be approved program, the Environment & Medical Scientist Training Program®, a multiple skills, multiple degree program in environment, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing and allied health subjects for testing under intense scrutiny by the American regulators. This evaluation process completed in 2010.

In 2010, Pakistan became the first country in the world to fully approve the above project in an international agreement through its Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Environment with the parent company of the EMSTP. In the same year, the University of Karachi, Pakistan’s largest public sector university signed yet another agreement as permanent Members of the Board of Governors and fulfillment partners. Earlier, the University of Lahore, the largest private sector university in the country had signed as fulfillment partners in 2008 as the first from Pakistan.

The above agreements were momentous and have ever since then being adopted as standard agreements with other governments, private and public sector organizations, internationally. In 2003, for example, through the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of the United Arab Emirates and under the accords signed amongst the above three, 450 senior most doctors were bestowed upon Honorary Membership of the Royal College, elevating them to the status of the MRCPS and permanent faculty of the Royal College under the hands and seals of the University of Karachi, the Dow University of Health Sciences and the two federal health and environment ministries. Similar arrangements have ever since then happened in many other countries across the world.

By 2014, the University had expanded into all areas of education and converted into a structure which needed supporting institutions. Hence, the Czar University today has become a regulating body for multiple programs and monitors all aspects of management, from education to graduation. CZARU is the first of the world and has been envisioned with one mission: “preparing High IQ students for the top tier income groups without exception”.
